GREEN MILAN (Project "My Milan").

The "My Milan" project saw the construction of a mini guide explaining Milan, or part of Milan, to a tourist or someone who does not know it yet.

 

 

For my personal project I decided to create a "green" guide, based on that Milan still undiscovered but existing.

I based on my experience (and my taste buds) to find unknown restaurants vegans / vegetarians and kitchens very special, even to try to go against prejudice.

During my trip through these kitchens I am returned definitely changed and more aware of the food and what surrounds me.
